Event Photo Privacy Policy

PFA agents with a confirmed PFA ID can see photos from PFA events, including photos you appear in. To find the photos you are in, PFA creates a face template from your selfie and compares it to photos taken at this event. Your selfie and template are used only for this event, are never sold or shared, and are permanently deleted within 30 days after the event ends. You can delete them sooner in Settings.
What we collect
A selfie you take on your device, the email address you enter, and a face template generated from that selfie. We also record the photos you view, download, or share so we can report on the event.
Why we collect it
The face template exists only to match you to photos taken at this event, so we can find the photos you are in and show them to you first.
Who can see it
Your selfie is never displayed anywhere. PFA agents with a confirmed PFA ID can see photos from PFA events, including ones you appear in. Some events are limited to their own attendees. Only you see which photos were matched to you. People without a confirmed PFA ID cannot see any photos. PFA event staff can see aggregate counts and the photos themselves, not your face template.
How long we keep it
Selfies and face templates are permanently deleted within 30 days after the event ends, and sooner on request. Event photos remain available to PFA agents with a confirmed PFA ID. Deleting your face data stops matching but does not remove event photos.
Your choices
You can delete your selfie and face template at any time from Settings inside your gallery. Deleting stops any further matching immediately.
